We do ask our patients to come to the practice if at all possible. However, we can visit you at home if your medical condition means you cannot attend the practice. Please ring before 10:30am to arrange a visit.
Home visits are undertaken when a patient’s medical condition prevents attendance at the surgery. Transport problems do not justify a visit.
Please remember that more equipment and tests are available at the surgery. Doctors can often see three or four patients at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.
Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to house calls. Your co-operation to assist us in this matter is appreciated.
